I write about politics, philosophy, religion/theology, economics, science, and history. I considering my ideas to be part of a bigger phenomena called the Dark Enlightenment. Thus, my ideas fall into Reactionary or Neo-Reactionary categories. I don’t subscribe to a particular political ideology, nor any -ism. I am a Christian (specifically, a Catholic) but am always open to the views of other faiths. And despite the popular “progressive” view on Christians, I strongly believe in science and will often post science from peer-reviewed scientific journals.
I am, of course, against the so-called Progressive movements and ideologies, as I see them as destructive. I am sure they are full of good intentions, but as the old saying goes: “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”
Personally, I like monarchy. I like feudalism, but refurbished for a modern setting. I believe in the wisdom of the ancient Greeks and Romans, the ancient Teutonic peoples, and, of course, the Bible.
Why the Templar stuff? I truly believe that the Crusader Orders, like the Templars, Hospitallers, Teutonic Knights, et al. were the fulfillment of both Biblical scripture and Plato’s Commonwealth.
